Well is seems the holiday season has sneaked up on me once again. Thanksgiving was spent with friends and many children which was just perfect. All my thanks to Patti for hosting!
To kick off the Christmas season, if you live in the Boston area, I highly recommend the Enchanted Village at Jordan's furniture. The company bought the original Enchanted Village my Nana used to take me to when I was a little girl.
It's sweet, vintage, innocent, and fun. (and also free, which is a bonus) At the end there is a Santa who actually listens to the kids. No 'take a quick snap shot and on your way' here. Also, I am fairly certain that this guy is the real deal.
He told my boys to clean the basement to get ready for Christmas, which is what actually needs to happen, and there is no way he could have known that, is there?
On the crafting front I've been working on the gifts for the neighborhood kids. I am making reusable snack bags. I don't want to say too much, but there is embroidery involved and so far they are kinda cute!
Our dog Buddy has been a bit under the weather. We are changing his food hoping it will help. If anyone out there knows about raw feeding, Buddy and I would love to hear from you!
